And if it is worth meaningful money, how much time will it consume to post it for sell; to list it somewhere and more importantly get it to the buyer? Shipping costs today are truly prohibitive for anything of weight. The USPS does have flat rate boxes, so do check those out before making a decision to ship.

Sometimes it is emotionally hard to let go. I remembering selling my grandmother's brass bed.
But I also remember how happy the buyer was and how meaningful the transaction was. That memory may actually be more everlasting than the childhood memories.

If you are still undecided, create a separate section in your basement or garage and put a big sign on it that says, "Undecided." And then put a date with an alarm in your calendar to revisit it.
